Avaya One X Agent Ringer not playing through PC Speaker
Hi, Hoping someone can help. We're running Avaya One X Agent 2.5 on Win 7. We can't get the ringer to ring on the PC's external speaker. Instead, along with voice, it rings through on the headsets. We have "ticked" the Agent Preferences, Audio, "Play ringing through the internal PC Speakers"...- SunnyWindyCape
