    IP office Dial Direct and status monitoring

    Hello, Im working on our phone system IP500V2 and i want to know if there is a way that a button can be configure as Dial Direct and still have the status of the extension that im calling. I know the Dial Direct dont give the status but is there another way or function to do it. Thanks
