Which TAPI device do I have
Hi We are a Letting Agent and our lettings software provider has just introduced telephony integration. We currently have Avaya IP Office (only Essentials) and our software provider is asking what type of TAPI Device we are using. Need to Remove BT IP Office Logo
Hi I took out an Ayaya IP Office system with British Telecom and they have their logo all over it. I now use a third party provider for our telephony but we cannot update the firmware etc. until the logo ism removed - BT will not help!! Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.- Jacko12345
