    NEC NEAX 2000 doen't transfer to voice mail only trnsfer to the main message

    HI, on my NEX NEAX 2000 when trying to transfer calls from the main station to an employee voicemail it doesn't work, only transfer to the main welcome message, but when transferring from any other station it works fine. is there a way to fix this on that station using CAT mode. Thank you

    NEC neax 2000 ivs need to make certain extentions ring with the main line

    hi I have an issue programming neax 2000 ivs using cat mode what I need to do is program certain extensions to ring with the main line which in my case ext8100 and I would like it to ring on ext 8113 please help ?
