    MSFlexgrid

    I can't seem to format programmatacially an entire column to use 3 place decimals in a column of a MSFlexGrid. Can anyone tell me the propper way to do this. I have found several examples that don't work. Or does anyone have a code snippet that you can send. Thanks for your help, James
