Calls to outside are using extension as CND instead of main number. Nortel CS1000
I have one user who deals with a lot of outside contacts. When she calls them her CND displays as NPA-NNX-NNNN where NNNN is her extension number. The number is a valid telephone number , but does not route back to our switch. Her contacts are getting frustrated with reaching a "wrong number"...- RobGillliard
