    Mitel 3300 MXe II directory location for ACD prompts

    I need to pull original copies of ACD greetings off of a 3300. I'be been looking around in the directory structure (REF: thread1329-1687812), but can't find an obvious location for these files. Anyone know where they are? Thanks very much for the help. John
