No Ring Back tone when calling out from ShoreTel system
Looking for some advice. Just installed a shoretel system. Using a pri. Just got a call from the customer stating that so far 3 people, when they call out, they are not hearing a ring back tone, just dead air until the called party answers. Any suggestions on where the problem may be?- tclink
