I've now lost count how many times I've gone through the documentation on the knowledge base (marketing tools), checking the admin config with a fine tooth comb. Are there any other ports that should be open on the firewall, and do Windows Firewall ports need to be open on the local machine...- msprakes

ContactStore Upgrade 7.2.09 to 7.8.16 / Wizard gets interrupted after clicking 'Ok/Yes' to upgrade
Every time I try and run the setup.exe, after I click yes the installation wizard immediately shows that it was interrupted and doesn't complete, leaving me with the only option of clicking finish. It doesn't pop up with another window showing 'No data' like what's mentioned on other threads...- msprakes
