    OPOS Cash drawers

    Is there anyway to use a serial port on a radiant terminal to fire a cash drawer? I have already used the printer fire port and have a radiant cash drawer with an rj45 port on it. Was wondering if I can make a cable that will work in this situation? If so what would the pinout be? Thanks!

    I did a quick google search and it seems possible to have the Aloha DBs and Crystal Reports sync up. I was wondering if anyone is generating reports in this way as i'm familiar with SQL and i'm sitting here building these dull looking reports in insight. Thanks

    Aloha Loyalty cards not working

    We got a new BOH server and now for some reason after swiping the loyalty card, it just sits there and you cannot close that tab as it is waiting for loyalty information. Have any idea what might be going on?

    Anyway to auto clock out people by jobcode? Say I have bouncers who's work is done when the building empties and too many times they just don't clock out, I wanna just have them be done at 2:30. I kinda see how this could be illegal though... Thanks!
