I have one trunk group type tie with one provider and the rest with another provider. This one provider is asking me to setup Outgoing ANI, because they need to get called party info...

Here's the problem I have:
Our receptionist receives calls from CO-TRK lines, let's say she has several call-appr active and SOMETIMES when she would try to transfer one of them to an extension it might happen that all the leds go off on the phone (6416) and the calls get connected to each other...
I have set up a hunt group for the IT-Helpdesk which rings circularly between 4 stations, now they want it so whenever someone calls the group all the phones ring at the same time.
Is there a way I can set that up?

We have a Definity G3Rsi and we are running BCMS.
How can I collect work codes entered by the agents?
BCMS doesn't seem to collect them but is it possible to get them manually through other type of reports?

Just recently I started getting aprox. every 20 seconds the following message:
AUD313 0000nnnn DIAL 00000000 000C58B7 00000002
I already look for its meaning with err aud313 and in the Software I/O System Messages Manual but I have no idea what it means.
Please help me with this one.
