    Crystal Report Viewer Logon failed

    I found this error "Crystal Report Viewer Logon failed" when I open a customize crystal report in ACCPAC that used non-accpac tables. How can I fix this error? I'm using Sage Accpac 5.4A with MSSQL 2008 on Win 2007. thanks
