    Avaya 9641g phone screen stuck at "Restart Application..."

    We've had a rash of 3 or 4 phones over the last few months have this issue where during the boot process, they get stuck indefinitely at "Restart Application...". When replacing with a new phone, the new phone boots fine and works. Are these phones toast, or is there a way to save them? Thanks
