Moving SBC from TCP to TLS and all the provisioning in SM is completed, along with the required certificates, but I cannot get a link established Between SM and the SBC. I validated there are no firewall restrictions. The SBC traces show rst after TLS hello. What can I check to resolve this issue?
Currently the carrier gets the invite from our public address, and they are responding with a 401 but they say we need to check the NAT so it is not masking the contact and via headers in the register.
In the registration (contact/via) below it is sending the B1 interface IP instead of the...
The grace period expired before I could activate my new licensing, and now it won't take the new license from the external WEBLM. Is there anything stopping the process because the grace period is over?
I am adding another diverse carrier to my Avaya SBC and I need to know if there are any configurations that would conflict with my primary carrier? The items I think might be impacting are port ranges, Media Interface, Signaling Interface or UDP.
I know RedSky is an Avaya devconnect partner, but I haven't been able to find documentation or sigma script that will modify the invite "To" line with <sip:911@XX.XXX.8.113:5060>.Can anyone point me in the right direction or provided documentation on how to make the changes in ASBCE
I just turned up a new SBCE, and in making inbound test calls, we kept the calls up for 2 to 3 minutes until I disconnected the calls. No issues . Today during testing the calls would disconnect after 30 to 32 seconds. The trace is showing the "BYE" is coming from SBC/CM and not the carrier...
Ran into a problem and I cannot figure out how to send a dedicated ELIN. The problem encountered was instead of the correct ELIN being sent to the RedSky call center, it is sending the wrong ANI/ELIN. I’ve got 34 sites and about 370 subscribers across 10 states, which we are going to connect to...
I am implementing an e911 solution on my core PBX (ACM6.3) but I am only deploying this on a limited basis. The sites I am moving onto the core will connect via the WAN, and they are geographically separated. My query is, how can I setup each site uniquely within the core?
Here is the use case...
Our business unit is pulling these data elements for audit and compliance purposes, but when a skills table and a agent table report is pulled for those two data elements, the numbers don't match up. How can pulling AUXOUTOFFCALLS and ACWOUTOFFCALLS from a skills table have different numbers...
I have a QA IVR platform and we have 4 SIP stations working in SM, just like you would for a line-side T1 configuration, but we cannot figure out how those stations can be monitored in AES for a CTI application. When you status a line-side T1 station it will come back the an in-service/idle in...
How can you setup a agent login ID with AAS to a SIP station?
I have AAS set to yes and I have populated the port extension with the SIP ststion but it is not registering.
I have an ACD group which takes calls from an ACD skill and the are also part of a hunt group that is populated with exteions. My issue is, how can I create an aux-code that will keep them from getting calls from either of those paths?
How do you configure a SIP end point within the PBX which connects to a Thrid party end point. I don't want to set up a SIP trunk. I need the provisioning to mirror a line-side T1 for and IVR type connection.
I have two questions on this one.
First - I am a customer, and I am looking at possibly doing these upgrades myself. Would anyone recommend we try to do this without engaging PS? If it is possible, is there step-by-step documentation you could recommend.
Second - We have several IP500 V2...
