    We are a hospital I have Microsoft Unified Messaging setup on our exchange server - I am a power user, I want to have only IT on the Microsoft Unified Messaging and everyone else on VM Pro is this possible? I like the MS voicemail better than the Avaya VM Pro.

    Tell who tranfered call

    My users are telling me a while ago they were able to tell who transferred calls to them from the front desk, i tested this it shows the user who moved the call for about 3 secs and says "external" after that is there something we can do to prolong the user > external move?
