    Voicemail to email dropping frequently with Office 365 tenants. Reboot usually fixes it.

    Have a couple clients with 500V2's on some sort of version 11 release. Both have 365 and we use a shared mailbox to send VM to email. Has been working fine for some time but recently it's seeming to break every week or so for a few clients. Is there a best practice guide for 365 vm to email?

    What is a J1xx phone missing in H323 mode?

    For a recent client and for ourselves, I've found moving J169 phones to H323 avoids a bit of a headache with all the SIP hoops to jump through and more importantly keeps the J169 phone identical from a functionality standpoint to existing 9608/9611 phones. Any downside to this?

    Can I clear contents of BACKUP folder on SD card to make room?
