Hello guys i want to replace a hardware console with a new PC console. we already have two pc console installed on the cs1k pbx, do i remove the hardware console from the config before adding the additional pc console? how do i add the new pc console to the pbx?
Hey guys I am new to this Nortel platform I am working with a cs1000. I am having an issue where incoming calls are not been answered consistently by the pbx. I need to know the pbx answers an incoming call.
