Anyone know if returning off-warranty no-support dead cards is worth the time or money? I've got a TN464 with a burnt spot on it, and another that just doesn't work. Should I chuck them in the trash or is there a reasonable repair channel for these cards?

I just ported over the numbers from some pots line to my PRI group. TWTC says the PBX is rejecting the calls. The new DIDs are in a different area code, is this going to cause problems? I like to route any calls to these new numbers to a particular extension.
Any suggestions?

I've had trouble changing a T1 PRI from network to lineside. Short of popping the T1 card (physically) out of the pbx while I remove the signal group, then change the DS1 definition, I cannot get this to change. Is there any way to maintenance a single T1 within a multi-T1 trunk group ?

I've got two Definity 11 slot chassis ties together and am having trouble finding a third. I do have the larger 18 slot chassis available which seems to interface the same... Can you mix the two together or will that break things ?

I'm trying to setup a basic queue, where a caller calls in, hears announcement 4301, then sits in queue until someone can take the call.
I don't think I can do this as when I try to add a call vector, the only options available are Attendant Vectoring and Meet-me Conf.

I have a Definity G3 now running R11/CM1.3 with a TN568 12 port "embedded audix" system. I've been told by several that my audix needs replaced as these units tend to fail and they have been EOL'd so a warranty doesn't help.

Can someone setup a FAQ or answer here, and I'll get credit for it...
Basically I have a inhouse team who gets their own phone bill, but right now all calls outbound from our PBX go out the PRI unless the PRI is down.
Pointers or help would be greatly appreciated!
