Help! System is down
Last night our server room's a/c unit went down. When I got to work this morning the room was 85 F. Call pilot is down and no one can dial in. I can however still dial out for some reason. We are working on getting the A/c back up. The room is still at 83 F and we have fans blowing air in there...- seige443556

Polycom Soundstation2 w/ direct conect & Nortel Meridian option 11c
I am having difficulty configuring my Soundstation2 to work with my Nortel system. According to Polycom I need to configure the phone as a m2616 which I have done. Now its stuck on initializing.
