Call Pilot 2.0 to 5.0 upgrade wizard
Hello! There is the problem while i trying to start Upgrade Wizard v167. Call Pilot 2.02 platform 201i NT server I get "runtime error 53. File not found IandCHelper" message at starting uprade wizard. Reinstallation of upgrade wizard and call pilot server reboot do not take effect. Thanks in...- RA1AP

Ip trunk 3.01.22 to NRS call dropping
Hello! There is Nortel/Avaya PABX network. 3 sites on Suceesion 1000M 3.0 and ip trunk 3.01.22 enabled, 3 sites on Succession 1000M 4.5 and IP trunk 3.01.22 enabled (MC32), one site CS1000E CoRes 6.0 with NRS, one site with CS1000E CoRes MGS 7.5 with NRS. Management is going under OTM 2.2...- RA1AP
