2nd call going to voicemail instead of phone
I have an issue I cannot figure out the answer to. We have an IPOffice 500 with Voicemail Pro. Our receptionist is only getting 1 call at a time on her phone. Incoming Prefix causing some issues
We recently changed our IP Office settings so that instead of dialing a 9 to grab and outside line, we now dial #. Pre-recorded message through Page Dial
My organization would like to figure out a way to have a button on a phone which when pressed would play a pre-recorded message to other internal phones. I can make a Page Dial happen easy enough but I cannot figure out how to get a pre-recorded message to play to all phones. Any ideas out...- mascoloj
