    when 2nd call is answered first call drops

    I have one 9508 set out of 6 that doesn't work properly handling 2 calls - when 2nd call is answered first call drops, all the other phones work properly and I can toggle between calls each time it puts the present call on hold - except for one set - its driving me crazy, can't make it work

    IP Office Twinning stopped working

    I recently upgraded my demo unit from 8.1 to 11.0.4 build 74, twinning had been working fine prior to this. No programming changes were made. Twinning will still ring my cell phone but there is no voice path. I am using a SIP trunk, no changes were made to it. Any ideas?
