AA not passing calls?
Basically when someone calls the main number and press 1 (for parts) we hear a beeping noise (sounds like someone is holding down a number key) and the caller can't hear anything. So the call is coming through and the auto attendant picks up but then when the #1 is pressed something happened...- cptjer88

hear dial tone on line on incoming calls
Hi everyone, BCM 400 4.02 with DTI card PRI. In last couple of weeks and getting worse, we have been experiencing incoming calls having 'dial tone' at same time as call so that you can't hear anything. The ISP says it is not them. Any ideas? Thanks for your help- cptjer88
