is the "Call duration" the total length of the call ? if not which report would I run to dind the total duration of the call ? and would I be able to average it, secondly would I be able to break it up into stages i.e. agent 1 in group 1 was on the phone to the client for 1min 30 secs then...
What is the maximum recording time on the Callpilot 100 and can it be increased ? If then how ? by replacing a Harddrive or adding ?

Please help me , I want to use Telnet to telnet into a definity but then I don't know what the Keyboard keys is to e.g. press cancel etc. Is there an emulation I must try like VT220 but still what is the Keys I use ?
