    How can I build an appropiate dialplan from Asterisk via PRI ESS5 D4 AMI to CS1000? I´m receiving calls from TELCO inmediatly to IVR in asterisk so when callers dial a digit to desired extension, I need the Dialplan here. Mostly for NXXX (4) digits. Any help?
