    Analouge phone will not ring?

    Hi Everyone A customer has an GDK16 and we put in a analogue handset for them which will not ring when external calls come in???? it will ring internally though? Have checked the programming and all seems fine, i just cant work it out? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks Alan
