    SV9500 Station to Station restriction

    Is there an easy way to restrict station to station calling without setting up tenat service? I have a H/M SV9500 that has one phone that needs to be sta to sta restrict.

    OW5000 password

    Somehow, during a support call I think, our default admin password no longer works. Is there a way to restore it to its default of admin (pw)admin? I do have another administrator access account, so I can get in to make changes. Thanks

    One last issue I can't figure out - when ever a mailbox is accessed by the owner, after the "remember 1 for yes 2 for no" prompt it then says "enter 1 to leave a personal message for xyz (lets say thats the name for mailbox 100). This happens on exsisting mailboxes, and on any new box thats...

    UM4730 PMS

    I cannot seem to connect my 4730 to the opera PMS system. They are set to AVAST/Repartee/UM4730 etc.. I am set to FIAS2 Legacy IP - the question is do I have to use port 5010? They may have a 5010 conflict.

    SV9500 Call History

    Does anyone know if a 16DLCA in a UG50 will support Call History? The feature works on my IP phones but not on my Digital phones off the UG50. None of my manuals address this. Thanks for any insight. Ron

    win 7 Chrome and Opera

    I have a very weird problem that I can't figure out. After a system restart, I can open Opera and Chrome once. If I close the browsers, then try to open them again they never load. I can do a user Logoff windows, then log back on and both browsers will again open once, but fails a 2nd time...

    IPDA card reboots

    After a power failure at my site my 32IPDA card resets every minute or so ... Ive replaced the card with a spare, Ive changed static IP address, change the Data switch it was in, moved it to a different card slot using a different PC36 and the card still resets ... I could sure use a good idea...

    New problem - whenever anyone logs into thier mailbox to check for messages, a prompt comes up that says "press 1 to leave a message for mailbox 200" You then have to press * (or possibly any key other than 1 to go to the normal mailbox prompts (press 4, press 5 etc..)     2000 IPS backup

    Can I backup and restore a data base using a LAN connection or do I have to use the RS0 port for this procedure?

    AD8 backup

    I cannot get any backup procedures to work, but I remember being told that I could back up the system by downloading/copying the AV files from the AD8. Can somebody refresh me on which files/file exts I need ... I know I don't need all of them and I don't really care about backing up messages...

    Target Lines

    I have target lines that are appearing on ATA's. These lines hunt from TELCO. The incoming hunt works perfectly, 1st line rings, answered by ATA, next call goes to next target line, etc ... 5 Lines/ATA's. If I add these lines on a Digital set, the hunt goes away ... first line rings, answered ok...

    I have 2 - 2000 IPS systems connected by traditional CCIS but want to connect them via Peer to Peer. I am pretty sure I need a virtual Pim, but do I need IP Trunk License to do this?

    Dialing out of a mailbox

    I have a customer who wants to restrict dialing out of a mailbox. If I call an ext/room, and I cf to the mailbox, once Im there I can now dial another ext and it calls the ext. I need to find a way that will stop that. I can't find any setting that even refersto this, let alone restrict that...

    ad8 voicemail

    Can I boot an ad8 attached to a 2000 in utility mode ... I can't find a reference to that in any of the manuals, and I can't seem to figure a dip switch combo that works...
