Phone rings when dialed internally but does not ring when dialed externally.
So I have a phone at one of my off sites that the phone will ring when someone dials the extension (668) directly internally but when the number is dialed like someone from outside the office the phone does not ring at the phone (you hear ringing as the caller) then dumps into the general...- PhoneDudePHX

Outbound LD CID when call patched/extended through our Avaya 1X console
Hi there guys. This has been the bane of my existance for quite a while now and I just don'tknow what else to do.
