I am setting up a new Avaya IP phone, with a static IP address, I have got the correct router IP address, subnet mask, and vlan, but it's still not connecting.
Need help!
The inbound calling from outside on a single extension is not working. User can receive internal inbound calls, but not calls coming from outside.

I'm trying to add a new ip phone to an Avaya IP Office 500 and currently am unable to add the phone(5610sw). Phone displays " EXT:NoUser BN "- I then select the only option presented on the phone "login". Enter the user ext and password. After doing so I get "invalid".
