In one department when we have a user listening to other users for training purposes and a call comes in to the same huntgroup, the user monitoring the call is disconnected the instant the new incoming call is answered by anyone.

Does anyone know of a way to have internal calls just continue to ring and not going to voicemail but external calls behave normally rolling over to voicemail after the set amount of time?
