    Volume spiking up problems with Opt 11 and T-1 trunks

    Has anyone had a problem with volume spiking up after 2-3 min of conversation, this is a Nortel Opt 11 with a t-1 trunk feed also 4 remote sites linked by t-1's. All sites and main Opt 11 have this problem, oldtelman

    Opt 11 cdr problem

    I have an Option 11 feeding data to a Genisis unit and all calls out and in are printed but no internal local to local calls are coming. I have done this change in an Opt 81 years ago but I was sure there was an 'all calls' in the programming. Assistance would be appreciated. oldtelman
