I activate the voice recording in all users.

It show me that the call is disconnected.

And I try to configure all the 0800 number:

But it did'nt work.
How do I disable an extension to receive another call on the second line?
The phone is 1608 and when the user is in a call he doesn't want to receive another call in the second line.
