Unintended shutdown
Big question: My PC recently started to auto shutdown half way through the boot-up or some time into running properly. Immediate restart may or may not work, after some time off it usually boots up again (incl. the scandisk etc.) Has anybody ever observed something like this - is there some...- meg911

Windows 98 installation freezes
Trying to re-install Win98 on a P3/450, 128 (clean installation). Basically the whole setup is working fine until the very final steps when the personal settings are set-up. When set-up reaches the point of "Setting up personalized settings - Default channel set-up" it simply freezes...- meg911
