I'm looking to change a number, after it is dialed by the user to a different number.
Example:
User dials: 1-123-555-4567 -> PBX changes it -> 1-800-555-4567
I know how to deny the number from being dialed, but that creates a usability issue on the user side.
Anyone know how...
I have a 500P phone that I point to a DSC that goes VIA a SIP trunk to Lync.
When I call internally, it works. I can stack up 7 (Current ISM limit for SIP trunks) internal calls and they call connect without any issues.
When I call externally to the number, I'm able to get one call to Lync...
