    Avaya IP Office and Cisco SA540

    9608 phone does not have a "Hold" or Conf" button

    I just installed 4 9608 phones in a remote office. The phones are working normal except they do not show a "Hold" or "Conf" button??? Any thoughts would be most helpful!! Thanks!!

    Cannot upload system files to SD card getting error...

    Updated IP Office to R8 and when it tried to upload the system files it throws the following error: HTTP request failed: 405 Method Not Allowed Has anyone seen this error??

    Adding R8 license to IP Office

    After adding a new R8 license, the status shows unknown. I merge the config, reconnect to the system and the license is no longer listed. Any thoughts on why?
