    BCM 450 PRI NEED KEY CODES?

    Do I need key codes (licenses) for a BCM 450 6.0 to use a PRI (maybe mcdn?) or will it work if I install a DTI module configure it correctly? It seems like I remember something about needing a key code for this.

    Reporting for Call Center (RCC) purging reports

    We have multiple BCM sites. All will allow purging of the data base under maintenance except 2. These are BCM 450's. All sites are at 6.0 release with the same patch level. Does anyone know what I am missing on this one. The customer likes to purge the data bases on a scheduled basis.
