I have a WIN2K server that I ordered with multiple NICs (3) to eliminate the NIC as the bottle neck. Everytime I enable more than one I get a duplicate name error. Is there a way to utilize all three nics for network traffic?

I am having intermittent issues with web access on the office LAN.
When trying to access any website (www.google.com) via IE latest version I get the page cannot be displayed. When I try to ping the IP (216.239.37.99) but I get no reply.
However, if I got to IE and access http://216.239.37.99...

I just installed a managed switch and now see some errors that I am unfamiliar with:
CRC Errors
Fragments
Port In Discards
I'm mainly concerned about the CRC errors. I've done some basic research but I'm unsure on how to track down the source of the problem.

I was given an IP from our internet provider:
65.118.35.29
Subnet: 255.255.255.254
Serial router = 65.118.39.94 (can ping)
Lan router = 100.100.99.10
I configured the lan card in the Win2000 server with:
IP: 65.118.35.29
Subnet: 255.255.255.254
Gateways: 100.100.99.10, 65.118.39.94
PROBLEM...
Client is Windows XP Prof and MSAccess 95 database is on a NT4.0 Server.
XP client takes forever to run a query.
