Can a 5340 desk phone be used as a console?
We use a SuperConsole 1000, and would like to replace it with an IP phone. Can we use a 5312 or 5340 for this purpose instead of a dedicated console? I imagine we would have to program a number of lines in a hunt group and put those lines on the keys of the phone. What key type? Single line...- handwritten

Phantom MWI with a Mitel / Kinesis environment
