It used to happen infrequently, now it is happening every other day os so. The Web GUI on the conf bridge appears to lock up on any/all of our Nortel ICBs. Whn I lock up occurs we stat the card (see below), disable it, reseat it, then re-enable it. Then we are back in business until the next...
We just upgraded from 7.5 to 7.6. When selecting the "callers" button on IP Phones, a "server error, try later" message appears on IP Phone display. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I'm trying to find out if there is a way to send out an overide calling party name over an NI2 PRI. I've played with. I've added a CPND name to the CLID table via UCM web GUI, but no luck. CNDA is set to Allowed.
Any ideas?
We've got 47 RLI defined on our system. When I tried to add a new RLI (RLI 48) I get an error. I know BARS allows for up to 128 (0-127) RLIs. Does anyone know if there is a local limit defined somewhere and if so how can I change this so I can add a couple of more RLIs?.
This is a great forum...
Last night we went from Rls 6.o to 7.5. After we did the Nortel Conferencing stopped working. All three conferencing cards stopped working with 7.5. Put one side back to 6.0 and two of the conferencing cards started to work again. Don't want to fall back to 6.0 as we would have to rebuild all...

Does anyone know if there is a way to find out the maximum concurrent calls in progress for a given period of time without having to sift through CDR data via Infortel utility?
I don't think our switch is setup to cut CDRs for external calls coming into our switches conf bridge. Can anyone tell me how to check this and if needed how to enable?
We have a DN that is correctly assigned to an individual (Fred).
When I use LD 11 it correctly lists the DN as "Jaack's".
When I use Element Mgr to list the DN (using Phones menu) the number comes up a belonging to "Vacant". Vacant is what we use for a working phone that is not assigned to...
Hello - I have a DID of 5555, did an LD 23/PRT/ACD/0/5555 on it and it looks like it is forwarded to 6666. LD 20/prt/dnb/0/6666 (below) lists ACID. I can't find ACID in the NTPs. My assumption is that ACID is ACD related, but looking for more details. Anyone know?

Is it possible to change class of service on a DISA DM to FRE?
I'd like to continue to use the DISA DID/DN so that I can remote call forward with our RFC flexible feature code, but I don't want the DISA to be used to outdial using trunk codes.
I'm still new to Nortel/Avaya.
Most of our DNs are 4 digit.
We have a few 5 digit DNS. This is where the issue lies.
When a 5 digit DN makes a call out to through the PSTN, the called party gets "out of area" on their caller ID display.
This is bad because these called party customers...
I'm new to CS1000, pleas be patient. I tried to change my display name doing the below, I then did a LD 95 PRT NAME and it printed the name exactly as I changed it yet the old name still displays on the handset when its DN is dialed.
