Music On Hold quality & volume
We have tried various sources such as a boombox, an itouch but they all result in very low volume. With the input device (boombox etc) volume control at max, we get some hiss and static and it is still not really audible. The wires check out OK. Have been unable to get the "ringers-off" timer to work properly. Ringers off - master switch?
Working on getting the night timer set but for now we really need a quick and easy way to shut the ringer off at night, it is driving the staff crazy. Short of unplugging the computer (or each telephone set), is there any quick way to turn off all phone ringers with one command? Thanks. More on...- DaveInTexas
