    Forward to voicemail

    Just a quick question on options for having unattended phones forwarding calls to voicemail in terms of which feature to assign to buttons on phones. I have a Norstar ICS 7.0 and Callpilot. Is there any difference and advantages/disadvantages between putting a phone in "do not disturb" mode...

    Autohold when busy

    Is there a way to place an incoming call automatically on hold when you're already on the phone? I'd imagine it would involve using call forward when busy and possibly camping or queing the call but I'm not really sure how. I have modular ICS with Callpilot 150.
