I have found that if we power off the vm machine and then bring it back up, there is a good chance that it will not connect to the phone system..     Modular DR5 random power reset

    Hi all.. We have a Modular DR5 that about every six months does a random restart.. Could happen at anytime, system doesn't seem extraordinarily busy, system is on APC ups at 30% load. I put it on the ups trying to prevent this issue but still does it.. Any thoughts? Rob

    Norstar Voice Mail 4 - Outbound transfer to telco dialtone

    Is it possible to setup the outbound transfer on a Norstar Voicemail 4 to give the caller dialtone which they can then dial the number themselves.. Usually, outbound transfer is used to direct the caller to your cell or home phone number from within your voicemail menu. Thanks
