CMS Supervisor
I have an issue with the CMS reporting. I have agents that are assigned to a split skill, but are not showing up any reports. Round-Robin and a loop
I have three extension in a hunt-group with the group type circ, I would like the first extension to ring and if no one picks up, then goto the 2nd extension, and if no one picks up there then goto the 3rd extension, now if no one picks up the 3rd extension it should loop back to the 1st...- elightsey
