    RRAS not answering incoming calls !!!

    I have no idea whats happening. Everything seems to be working fine but it just wont answer any calls. I able to go out on the net via the modem on the RRAS server so I'm sure thats not the problem. When I try to dial-up I get this message " The computer you are dialing is not answering...

    Win98 restarts instead of shuting down

    When i go to shut my pc down it totally ignores me and restarts as if i pressed restart. What can I do to sort it out ? Please I have to unplug the thing every day !
