    IPK II phone doesn't ring

    Hello everybody, here we have the IPK II pbx and the extension 540 doesn't ring when another extension dials the 540 number but it rings when the call is from the PSTN. I really don't have experience with the system IPK II, if somebody could help I will appreciate it a lot. Thank you very much
