SX2000 Analog Extension rings/fast busy
I have an analog non-DID extension that rings and then half way through the first ring, the caller gets a fast busy. It can call an internal extension, but it cannot make an outside call. When you dial an outside number, you get a fast busy. It's not a new extension, and this just started...- Jrme

SX-2000 Move Swap
I need to swap some digital extensions on an sx-2000 light. One swap involves extensions with different devices - one is a SS410 and the other is a SS420. Another swap involves a DID and an internal extension. Is it possible to just do a move swap without deleting the extensions or devices...- Jrme

SX2000 view errors
I have a non-redundant SX2000 with a major alarm. When I do a dbms check full, I have 3 view errors. The errors are Read tuple errors on View 39 ss4_line_data, view 123 rem_busy_lamp_in, and view 125 ss4_blg. Prior to the alarm and view errors, I deleted an analog extension (x213) and...- Jrme
