Extensions light up, but cannot transfer calls to.
I apologize I am an absolute noob. Our Admin quit, and she was the only one who new anything about the phones. The basics: we have four lines but 7 phones. Extensions 10-14 are set up perfect. Extension 16 and 17 light up when that phone is lifted up, but I cannot transer calls to those...- frontierprecision
