    Mitel 5312 default ringer volume

    We just switched over our Mitel 5312's to use SIP on a hosted Asterisk. When a call comes in the ringer volume is very loud. We can lower it down, but it seems after some time it goes back to the high setting again. I can't find anything in the phone's web gui about ringer volume. Anywhere...

    Sample Dial Plan?

    We just switched our 5312 phones from MiNet and a local PBX to SIP and a hosted Asterisk solution. The phones register fine, and inbound/outbound calling works nicely. However to place a call you need to dial, then press # Apparently you need to manually setup the dial plan on the phones...
