    Avaya IP Office 406 V2 Embedded Voicemail.

    I have an embedded voicemail, but don't have the Auto Attendant being used as only one phone is currently plugged in due to construction. It rings about 6 times and a mailbox answers it. What mailbox would that be?

    Forwarding out of system Norstar

    I have a customer with a Norstar 824 30MVL07 DR5 software. When I attempt to set up Routing Services Feature it says disabled in Admin. I am trying to be able to route a call out to a cell phone. Any suggestions.
