How to tell Project a 3-hour tasks will be done in 3 days?
Hello, Is there any way I can tell MS Project that Task X is a 3-hour effort tasks but it will start on Monday and finish on Wednesday? The point is I need to control costs. The resource will work 3 hours only but for that specific tasks he/she will work an hour a day. Please note the same...- saurater
